A commitment to make a positive impact
Lifeline Africa started its journey in 2008 Mogadishu with the inception of the first ever free ambulance service in Somalia. A fleet of 10 ambulances served the injured and sick residents of Mogadishu during periods of intense conflict when the only means of reaching medical facility was via a wheel barrows, In its first two years the ambulance service had served over 15000 people. Today we continue to provide critical medical services along with projects in education, protection of women and children, humanitarian relief and capacity building.
